Where are you located?

We are in Prairie Village, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri.  However, Lee Hollis licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska and partner with other firms to handle cases all over the country.

Will I ever have to come to Kansas City?

No.  If it is necessary to have a face to face meeting, we will make every attempt to accommodate you in the city or town that is convenient for you. 

Is this a class action lawsuit?

Probably not.  Court decisions have restricted the use of class actions in the drug and medical device area.  However, your claim may be pursued alongside large numbers of other similar claims on a group basis.

Will this be worth my time?

We hope so. We will not accept your case unless we think there is a realistic opportunity for recovery. Since we don't get paid unless you recover, we have no incentive to waste your time or ours. We will not accept your case if the recovery we are shooting for is a few hundred or even a few thousand dollars.

How much will this cost me?

If we do not win, you do not pay.  All of our work is done on what is called a “contingency fee”, which means we get paid for winning cases.  We believe this is better for both parties, you do not have any out-of-pocket costs and we have more incentive to win.
